The Heritage Institute of Management and Communication (HIMCOM) once again welcomed its new batch of students with a vibrant and grand Fresher’s Party 2024. Staying true to its tradition, the event aimed to provide a warm and memorable welcome to the freshers while fostering a sense of belonging and camaraderie among them.
The evening began on an auspicious note with a *Tilak Ceremony*, a customary gesture symbolizing respect and goodwill. Each junior student was warmly greeted, setting the tone for the joyous celebration.
The freshers then showcased their flair through a ramp walk, where they confidently represented themselves, marking their first formal introduction to the HIMCOM community.
The excitement peaked as the talent round commenced, giving the freshers a platform to demonstrate their skills in dance, singing, mimicry, and more. Each performance was judged meticulously, as this round was crucial in deciding the much-awaited titles of *Mr. Fresher 2024* and *Miss Fresher 2024.
CHIEF GUEST ”Shahnaz Husain ”
Adding to the prestige of the event, the chief guest for the evening was Shahnaz Husain a renowned entrepreneur and recipient of the Padma Shri Award. Her presence added a special charm to the occasion, and she personally selected the most deserving candidates for the coveted titles.
After a fierce yet fun competition, Vishnu Maurya was crowned Mr. Fresher 2024, while Aishwarya Mohan took home the title of Miss Fresher 2024. The duo stood out with their exceptional talent, confidence, and charisma, earning the admiration of both the judges and their peers.
Apart from the main titles, seniors were also presented with various awards recognizing their unique talents and achievements during the event. The evening concluded with a high-energy *jam session*, where students danced their hearts out, celebrating the beginning of their journey at HIMCOM.
The Fresher’s Party 2024 was not just an event but an experience that created unforgettable memories for everyone present.
