Was Constitution Draft prepared by a Brahmin???

The speaker of Gujrat legislative assembly,Rajendra Trivedi,has landed in a controversy recently for upper caste Hindu when he said that the draft of the Indian constitution was prepared by a Brahmin.
In Global Brahmin business summit in Ahemdabad,Trivedi claimed that even the father of the Indian constitution,Bhimrao Ambedkar,had credited Bengal Narsingh Rao for preparing the draft of the constotution,who was a brahmin.
He also said”we only talk about BR Ambedkar whenever we talk about the constitution but Ambedkar himself aknowleged the contributions made By Narsingh Rao,who was a brahmin.
Apart from this, speaker Trivedi also said that the constitution of 60 countries were studied to prepare the Indian constitution.
Not here Earlier in 2018 Trivedi Grabbed headlines when he says BR Ambedkar was also a brahmin.
He said”I have no hesitation in saying that Ambedkar is surname of Brahmin was given by his teacher,a brahmin.It os not wrong to call a learned person a Brahmin.In that context I will say Modi ji also a brahmin.
