I’m fine” we often say this every day; sometimes we mean it, sometimes we don’t,

We say this even if we don’t mean it because this is the easiest way to avoid what’s inside. loneliness
Sometimes we feel alone even when hundreds of people surround us.
This happens because we have been emotionally alone for a very long time because nobody actually wanted to know how we are.

Social media makes it worse because our real personality can be totally different from our real personality;
the smiling faces you see are not always happy, https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/basics/loneliness

The reality is hidden behind that put-on smiling face.
The moments that look perfect are not always perfect because
We hesitate to share our problems , our feelings because of the fear of being misunderstood and judged,
“We shouldn’t” because being strong doesn’t always mean hiding everything; sometimes sharing can lead to leaving a burden,

Talking about our feelings and our problems is “Important”.
Start being honest; start showing empathy towards people
because you never know what’s in their heart, and if you see someone saying I’m fine ask them Are they really okay?

Though our need to connect is innate, many of us frequently feel alone.
Loneliness is the state of distress or discomfort that results
when one perceives a gap between one’s desires for social connection and actual experiences of it.
Even some people are surrounded by others
or are in a long-lasting marriage—still experience deep and pervasive loneliness.
Research suggests that loneliness poses serious threats to well-being and long-term physical health.
