A few days ago, the actor had filed a defamation case of Rs 100 crore against ex-wife Alia Siddiqui and his brother Shamsuddin. But now such reports are coming that Nawazuddin has offered both ex-wife and brother to settle outside the court.
Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s Advocate Sunil Kumar had filed a defamation case in front of Justice Riyaz Chagla’s bench. He said that ex-wife Aaliya and brother should not make any such statement openly.Due to which Nawazuddin’s image gets tarnished.
The hearing of this entire case was to be held on 30 March. But before the hearing, the actor has offered an out of court resolution. Aliya as very surprised after receiving the notice, In the statement issued by her lawyer, the ex-wife has doubted Nawaz’s move.
He says that first a defamation case of 100 crores and then suddenly talking about an out-of-court settlement is very strange. If he wants the bar matter of the court to be settled, then first withdraw the defamation case.
