Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and Union Home minister Amit Shah had a meeting on Sunday after then CM Kejriwal said that the centre and the Delhi government will fight against covid-19 together in the national capital.
According to the sources the meeting was called by Amit shah to discuss every aspect of the Corona virus situation ,and after the meeting ,”Kejriwal Twitter dad dad the central government and Delhi government both will fight together against this pandemic.
Health Minister “Harshvardhan” and Lieutenant Governor “Anil baijal” Where are also present in this meeting as the coronavirus cases in Delhi rising to nearly 39,000 and the death of nearly 1300 people.
There are some steps taken by the central government and Delhi government;
1.In view of shortage of beds for Coronavirus infected patients in Delhi the central government has decided to immediately provide 500 Railway coaches which will be equipped with all facilities that will provide at least 8000 beds.
- There will also be detailed guidelines for conducting the last rites of those who succumb come to the Deadly virus.
- They also asked for double testing in 2 days and then it would triple in the next three days.
Meanwhile ,the city government has directed the district magistrate to make arrangements for 20,000 beds to accommodate more covid-19 patients.
