Today the first solar eclipse of this year is going to happen. The event of eclipse has always been given great importance. Eclipse has special importance in astronomy and astrology. This first solar eclipse of the year 2023 will be special. This solar eclipse will be annular solar eclipse.
It is also being called a hybrid solar eclipse. According to astronomy, the phenomenon of solar eclipse occurs when the Moon comes between the Sun and the Earth. On the other hand, according to the religious point of view, when the malefic planets named Rahu-Ketu engulf the Sun, then it is called a solar eclipse. No auspicious work is done during eclipse and during Sutak period.
Today’s solar eclipse will again be a hybrid eclipse after a decade. According to astronomy, there are three types of solar eclipse, first partial, second annular and third complete solar eclipse. Today’s solar eclipse will be a hybrid eclipse. This is called a hybrid eclipse because this eclipse will start as an annular solar eclipse, then with time it will turn into a total solar eclipse and finally it will appear again as an annular solar eclipse.
This first solar eclipse of the year 2023 will not be visible in India but this astronomical phenomenon can be seen in many parts of the world. Especially the first solar eclipse of the year in Singapore, Thailand, Antarctica, Australia, Vietnam, Taiwan, Papua New Guinea, Indonesia, Philippines, South Indian Ocean, South Pacific Sea, New Zealand, Cambodia, China, America, Micronesia, Malaysia, Fiji and Japan.
